Results: 2XU Race 2

Race 2 of the 2XU series presented athletes with tough conditions particularly in the swim, as choppy waters tested everyone’s open water skills. Despite the challenges our squad showcased their resilience and consistency, with 8 of our 13 athletes finishing on the podium.

Lauren Hanna delivered a standout performance in the Junior Elite category, claiming victory after a strong offseason. We are ecstatic to see her hard work paying off for her in this result. We’re also stoked to see Ryan Took have an awesome race in his first Fun Tri distance triathlon!

Jake Smith continued his solid form, placing 3rd in the Junior Elite Men’s category, building on his impressive race 1 performance. Meanwhile Mia Foster matched her efforts from the opening race, securing another podium in the Female Elite category with a 3rd place finish.
