2XU Triathlon Series Race 6 Results

Melbourne turned on an awesome morning for the last race of the season. Congratulations to all coaches and athletes on another epic day of racing. We love seeing athletes give it their all whilst having fun out on course.

On the day we had three podiums and two race wins along with 2 series category wins and 2 series category podiums. Congrats to our series winners Penny Tomkinson and Oliver Moxon. They have consistently performed over the season with regular race wins and podiums and this high level of performance has paid off.

Shout out to Neil Moxon on the barbecue and to all the supporters who came down and created a great atmosphere for the athletes. We love the club spirit and our members make race mornings a special event.

The ETPA Racing team stood tall to secure third place in the series club points. 68 teams signed up for the category so this result reflects the effort of all our athletes who competed over the Summer. From our first timers through to the elites, you have all raced hard and contributed to this result. Well done.

Special mention to Tomm Jansen who ran in the Box Hill Classic 3km race on Thursday. Tomm ran an 8:48 to take 2ndplace in the B race. This is a ripping PB for Tomm and a massive step forward for him. Congratulations.
