Run along river and on adjacent grassland - 30mins
Cost: $8 for each session or $15 for both the swim and run

Note: must have own bike and Mag Trainer Cost: $6.00

Junior Development Program
Ages: 7-12
Time: 6:30 - 8pm
Coach: Jamie Edwards
Location: Elite Performance Centre, Pascoe Vale, 8 Attercliffe Avenue, Pascoe Vale 3044
Cost: $17 a week (pro rata payment, payment at beginning of term)
Limited to 12 participants

SAT

Junior Bike squad
3pm, Williamstown Beach (surf lifesaving car park)
60 minute ride around Williamstown in group environment.
Cost: $3, or free to all full program athletes
Note: Own bike is required

SUN

Road Bike Squad
2 hour Group ride
Location: Williamstown beach Surf Life club car park
Time: 7:00am start
