Mag Trainer ProgramPrice - $6 per session This program is broken into four week blocks, each with a different focus. The general concept is to provide the scientific information elite triathletes have at their disposal in a focused class that is usable for all. Starting on the first Thursday of each month the class will rotate each week through the most essential skills of optimal riding performance. The format is as follows: Week 1. Technique: learn how to ride correctly from a technical perspective Week 2. Cadence: learn the importance of correct riding cadence with the correct technique Week 3. Aerobic capacity Week 4. Optimal power output – strength work Each session offers a training and education facet, you will sweat but you will also learn a lot. You are not required to stay for the entire 90min; the sessions are based around your needs and your needs only.
