A lot triathletes tumble-turn in the pool….. and a lot do not…


The non-tumble turners generally have excuses and reasons not to…. no you don’t tumble-turn in an open water swim……


But if you’re not a tumble turner only because you find tumble-turns difficult, you’re missing out on free speed and likely holding yourself back from the opportunity to swim with faster swimmers. Introducing tumble-turn practice into your sessions, may allow you to quickly decrease your repeat times and maybe move up a lane at swim squad.
