Goals: Short term, to re-focus my life back to fitness and then to reach a level of fitness to blitz a marathon in under 3hrs. Also to eventually compete in a long distance tri.

Interests: all sport, cooking, reading, family...wifey and 2 kids, both girls, so I'm now into Hanna Montana and Barbie dolls.

Career Highlights:

• 1988 - Victorian 1500M U17 Champion
• 2007 - Melb Marathon 3hrs27min
• 2008 - won the trifecta betting on the Dapto Greyhounds, race 7, won 90 bucks on a dollar bet.

Favorite food: Thai, Japanese, Malaysian, my homemade seafood paella, Dom Perignon and VB.
